作为国际金融行业的'领头军",投资银行无疑是金融市场产品,人才的大本营。投资银行是最典型的投资性金融机构,一般认为,投资银行是在资本市场上为企业发行债券、股票,筹集长期资金提供中介服务的金融机构,主要从事证券承销、公司购并与资产重组、公司理财、基金管理等业务。其基本特征是综合经营资本市场业务。而投资银行内部结构可分为:Front Office, Middle Office 和Back Office 三个层次。对于入门者来讲,Back Office 是门槛相对较低的,主要从事Compliance,Reporting 和Settlement 的工作,Middle Office 则从事业务的Risk Management 和Valuation 等沟通方面,而我们通常人们理解的投资银行,则主要是Front Office 的业务,也是门槛最高的,主要包括Sales.
